Djarot Accompanies King and Queen of Sweden to Kota Tua

Acting Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat accompanied King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden who visited the Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum in Kota Tua, Taman Sari, West Jakarta.

He said, King and Queen of Sweden are really impressed with Indonesian cultures, such as batik and wayang, including the song, which sung by dalang (wayang puppeteer) at Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum.

Sweden Offers Transport Cooperation to Jakarta

"We're mostly discussing about art and culture, and they really appreciate it," he said at Kota Tua, Tuesday (5/23).

In that occasion, he also explained Indonesian foods one by one that Sweden doesn't have. Moreover, he also discussed about bus from Sweden, such as Volvo and Scania, which mostly used for Transjakarta.

"We also take many buses from Sweden. There are 380 buses from Sweden and have no complaint," he closed.
